Restaurant Intro

UUU is a small modern Chinese dining room in Wedding built around seasonal menus, tea or non-alcoholic pairings, and refined plating. The sample menu includes dishes such as pidan eggs with scorched peppers, numbing chicken, stuffed tofu, fried oyster mushrooms, steamed seabass, steamed bun, and a creative dessert. It is better understood as a special-occasion Chinese tasting experience than a casual noodle or rice spot.
