Service Description
Pinwo provides Berlin Chinese restaurant information, coupons, saved items, member features, and merchant-related features. Pinwo is an information and coupon display platform, not the provider of restaurant services, food sales, or offline fulfillment.
Member Accounts
You may register a member account with email or supported third-party sign-in methods, and some features may allow low-risk guest preferences before registration. You are responsible for keeping account information usable and for activity under your account, including saved items, coupon use, and redemptions.
Coupon Use
Coupons are provided and fulfilled by the relevant merchant. Participating locations, expiry dates, usage conditions, redemption rules, stackability, eligible products or services, and the interpretation of coupon wording are subject to merchant confirmation and the merchant's final decision on site. A merchant may change, suspend, or remove a coupon without prior notice to Pinwo, so information shown on the platform may be delayed, incomplete, or interpreted differently by the merchant on site. Pinwo is an information display platform; it does not control merchant coupon policies and does not act as the decision-maker in disputes between consumers and merchants about whether a coupon applies. Coupons may not be resold, falsified, automatically collected in bulk, or otherwise abused.
Prohibited Use
Do not abuse the member system, create accounts in bulk, falsify redemption records, attack the website, or interfere with normal use by other users, merchants, or the platform.
Restaurant Information and External Content
Restaurant addresses, phone numbers, opening hours, prices, menus, ratings, coupons, and availability may change. We try to maintain useful information but do not guarantee that it is always accurate, complete, or current. External maps, social media, and messaging groups are provided by third parties and are subject to their own terms.
Account Restrictions and Service Changes
If an account is involved in fraud, abuse, attacks, bulk registration, falsified redemption, or other violations, Pinwo may restrict, suspend, or delete the account or redemption eligibility. We may also adjust, suspend, or discontinue features for operational, security, or legal reasons.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Pinwo is not responsible for restaurant on-site service, food quality, price changes, merchant refusal or inability to honor a coupon, third-party platform failures, or events outside our control. Offline transactions and services are handled between consumers and merchants.
